Questions before you book
Anything else, call (203) 555-0172 and ask for a straight answer.
Do I need a permit?
Many towns around Ridgefield need a zoning permit, especially for fences over 6 feet or close to the road. We check with your town and file it for you.
How do you know where my property line is?
We work from your survey or plot plan. If the line isn't clear, we recommend a surveyor to mark the corners before any post goes in.
My HOA has rules. Can you help?
Yes. Send us the rules and we'll match the height, style and color, and give you drawings to submit for approval.
How long will my fence last?
Cedar lasts 15 to 20 years with a fresh stain every few years. Vinyl and aluminum last 25 years or more. Every fence comes with our ten-year guarantee on the work.
Can you install in winter?
Yes, as long as the ground isn't frozen solid. We work all year and pause only for deep freezes, which usually means a week or two.
Will you take away my old fence?
Yes. Removal and hauling run about $5 a foot, and we recycle the metal and clean wood.
