“Two companies told me I needed a new AC. Hearthwell fixed mine for $240 and said it had a few good years left.”
“The price on the screen was the price on the bill. They even texted a photo of the tech's face before he arrived.”
Questions before you book
Anything else, call (203) 555-0186 and a person answers, day or night.
Can you come today?
Most calls booked before noon get a visit the same day. If your heat or cooling is out, call and we'll tell you honestly how soon we can be there.
Should I repair or replace my system?
If it's under 10 years old and the repair is small, repair it. If it's 15 or older and needs a major part, a new system often costs less over a few years. We give you both prices and you decide.
Do you charge more for nights and weekends?
Evening and weekend visits are $75 extra. Comfort Plan members never pay extra for the time of day.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed for heating, cooling and gas work in Connecticut and fully insured, and every tech passes a background check.
Do you work on every brand?
Yes: gas and oil furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, central air, ductless units and water heaters from all the major makers.
Can you help with heat pump rebates?
Yes. Utility and state rebates can cover part of a new heat pump. We check what you qualify for and fill in the paperwork for you.
